  • PERSONAL INJURY

Cooper and Lybrand, and Doe v. N.Y. Telephone, cases in which the firm successfully represented employees who alleged discrimination and/or breach of contract; Doe v. LIRR and Perci v. The Record, cases in which the firm successfully defended management against discrimination claims. In the famous Olsen case, the firm won a significant victory against the United States Post Office in a disability discrimination suit.

Its work includes administrative agency hearings of all types, lawsuits against governmental authorities, zoning and variance applications, and representation at public hearings. In Dooley v. Suffolk County, the firm represented the Suffolk County Sheriff against the county in a widely publicized case.
